At Glamour Store, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products with a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy allows you to request a return under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The product is defective, damaged, or scratched upon arrival

  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is required as evidence.

✔ The wrong item, size, or color was delivered

✔ Product is incomplete or missing accessories

✔ The product is unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or scratched items not reported at the time of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Items returned without an unboxing video

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (if mentioned as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

  4. Once approved, you must return the product using secure packaging.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned item is received

  • A quality check is completed

  • The product is confirmed to be in original and returnable condition

Refund Methods

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank account

  • Mobile wallet

  • Store credit/voucher

(Refund method will be discussed during the return process.)

Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong/damaged item).

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may apply for a return after delivery.
